This page is operated by El Rey Jesús (King Jesus Ministry). It explains what we collect when you scan one of our QR codes or submit the invitation form.

What we collect at scan time

When you scan a QR code from our mailing or a broadcast, our system records your IP address, an irreversible hash of it, your approximate location (country, region, city), your device/browser type, the referring page, and the date and time. This is used only to measure the reach of this outreach.

What we collect from the form

If you submit the invitation form, we collect the name, email, and phone you provide so we can follow up with you. Submitting the form records your acceptance of this notice.

How long we keep it

We keep your raw IP address for no more than [90] days, after which only the irreversible hash remains. Contact information you submit is retained per our records policy.

Marketing

Scanning a code or submitting this form is for outreach measurement and follow-up — it is not a subscription to marketing email or text messages. [If applicable: you may opt in to updates using the checkbox on the form.]

Qué recopilamos al escanear

Cuando escaneas un código QR de nuestro correo o una transmisión, nuestro sistema registra tu dirección IP, un hash irreversible de ella, tu ubicación aproximada (país, región, ciudad), el tipo de dispositivo/navegador, la página de referencia y la fecha y hora. Esto se usa únicamente para medir el alcance de esta iniciativa.

Qué recopilamos del formulario

Si envías el formulario de invitación, recopilamos el nombre, correo y teléfono que proporciones para poder dar seguimiento. Al enviar el formulario registras tu aceptación de este aviso.

Cuánto tiempo lo conservamos

Conservamos tu dirección IP sin procesar por no más de [90] días; después solo queda el hash irreversible. La información de contacto que envíes se conserva según nuestra política de registros.
